It seems I've fallen down the rabbit hole of what to do and what not to do as an indie writer. I've joined some wonderful groups and met some great people who have all said the same thing. You need better covers. As an artist, I thought I had a pretty good handle on this area, but as a writer, I have a great deal to learn when it comes to marketing in your genre. So, I did some research and found a site called selfpubbookcovers.com. I didn't have the time to design my own, so I went with some of their pre-made covers, and I'm so happy to share the results. All I can say is, I wish I did this months ago. I also want to go back to school to brush up on my graphic design skills to offer this type of service in the future. Seems pretty lucrative.
