Winter is a time for hunkering down. It's time for celebration. It's also a time for ghosts. I've been busy working on my second book in the ghost poetry series entitled, the Ghosts of Winterbourne. Unlike the Ghost of Nevermore, which was inspired by Edgar Allan Poe, this book is about the ghosts that haunt the winter woods, the stories told by the hearth, and memories of those lost who fill us with lament. I still have a long way to go before its release. There are so many poems I wish to create and artwork yet to be finished. If you haven't, pick up a copy of the Ghosts of Nevermore. It's getting great reviews. BTW, if you would like to help donate to my creative endeavors, I've opened a Ko-fi site. Every donation helps to offset publishing costs, such as editing, printing, advertising and cover art. Speaking of cover art, I can share with you the cover for the Ghosts of Winterbourne. This incredible photograph is by the inimitable Natalia Drepina. I think it's gorgeous!!
If you would like to follow my progress and get sneak peeks of poetry that will be included in the Ghosts of Winterbourne, please follow my FaceBook webpage, which I update almost daily.
Stay warm,
Trish
